Labor day your way

360 Campaign // Conception, Art Direction

At The Home Depot, an extra day off over Labor Day weekend simply means more time to get ahead. While others are lounging at the beach, our Doers are out there doing, because for them ‘you time’ is DO time. So, this year we’re going to celebrate Doers doing Labor Day their way.  

This campaign was so successful in 2022 that The Home Depot chose run both spots again the following year for Labor Day 2023.

Year-Long Appliances

We were tasked with creating work to advertise for The Home Depot’s appliance catalog and create work for the entire year with one production. This meant creating brand-focused broadcast spots for each brand (GE, Samsung, LG, and Whirlpool) as well as 5 other individual that highlighted each brand + The Home Depot’s appliance showroom.

As a result, this shoot turned into a crazy matrix of eleven spots all of which used similar footage for different brands. In the end, we were able to create a robust campaign for The Home Depot’s appliance offerings all while exploring new territory for the brand in incorporating UX styled graphic overlays in this work.
